Uptown Art Stroll

Join Louise, the artists of the San Antoino Glass Guild and other artist friends at Location #1. Over 13 artists at this location!

There's also plenty of parking and a Pedi-Cab stop so you can explore other locations too.
Looking for a beautiful, romantic weekend? Join visitors and residents of the historic Olmos Park Terrace neighborhood who have been falling in love with the art next door for fifteen years.

More than 18 artists will open their studios – and their hearts – for the 2015 Olmos Park Terrace Uptown Art Stroll. There will be plenty to see and enjoy at what promises to be the greatest show yet in the Uptown Art Stroll’s storied history – from paintings, sculpture, collage and photography to art glass, jewelry, ceramics, weaving and much, much more.

The 2015 Olmos Park Terrace Uptown Art Stroll will be held Saturday, Nov. 7 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 8 from noon to 5 p.m. 18 resident artists and 60+ guest artists will display their latest work. Looking for an unforgettable gift or that perfect piece for your wall or mantle? You’ll find it at the Uptown Art Stroll!

Olmos Park Terrace is centrally located near the Quarry Market, just south of Basse Road between McCullough and San Pedro, bounded on the south by Dora. Because the artists want to make it easy for art lovers to visit all 18 locations, the Art Stroll will once again feature free pedi-cab rides between the different venues.  The artists’ homes are easy to find – just look for the yellow and purple tie-dyed flags and signs out front.  Maps will be available at every location.

The Olmos Park Terrace Uptown Art Stroll is free for everyone. Come spend your weekend with us and bring your love of art. You never know what you’ll find. Just like the boy or girl next door, there will be plenty to grab your heart!

I'll be participating in the San Antonio Clay Festival. This  event is on the lovely grounds of the San Antonio Museum of Art. This year the San Antonio Potters Guild has invited members of the San Antonio Glass Guild to participate. Glass Guild members loved helping out at the SAPG Empty Bowls event and are really looking forward participating with the SAPG in the future.

There will be food, music, clay and glass so come out, enjoy the beautiful location and the beautiful art. I'll be in booth #33. More information as it becomes available.
